Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the questions we often get asked – along with the answers.

How many people does the villa sleep?

Villa Pacifica sleeps a maximum of eight people. There is also a foldable cot and high chair for an infant.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

You are welcome to arrive any time from 3pm. You must check-out before 11am on the day of departure.

How do we gain access to the villa?

Full access details will be provided on receipt of the rental charge balance and refundable breakage deposit.

Can I bring my children?

Villa Pacifica is a family-friendly property and children are very welcome.

Is smoking allowed?

This is a smoke-free property, including the terraces and outside areas. We kindly ask you not to smoke substances of any kind – including vaping.

Are pets allowed?

Villa Pacifica is a pet-free property, due to the possibility of some guests suffering allergies. Please do not bring pets to the villa.

Is there good Internet access?

The fast, free WiFi is accessible throughout the villa.

Is there off-street parking?

Off-street parking is available on the private driveway.

 

Is a deposit required to secure the booking?

A deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your stay. The balance (along with a refundable breakage deposit) is payable no later than six weeks prior to arrival.

How quickly will I get my breakage deposit refunded?

We will endeavour to return your breakage deposit (minus any agreed charges) as quickly as possible, and within a maximum of ten working days of your departure date.

What’s the cancellation policy.

Cancellation charges will apply for the following periods prior to the start of stay:

  • 7 days or less: 100% of booking

  • 8-14 days: 85% of booking

  • 15-21 days: 60% of booking

  • 22-28 days: 40% of booking

  • 29-35 days: 30% of booking

Cancellations made outside of these periods will be charged the booking deposit only. We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary costs.

Can I book the villa for my hen/stag party?

We regret that the villa cannot be booked for hen, stag or other parties.

Do you provide any food?

Villa Pacifica is a self-catering property and no food is provided.
